The company obtained a quality management certificate in accordance with EN ISO 9001 from the certification company RW TÜV Praha in 2000. The choice of the most prestigious and most demanding certification company was based on the strategic plan of KEBEK s.r.o., which is to retain, approach and win new significant and strategic customers in the mechanical engineering, power, woodworking and the construction industries. In order to be prepared for the demanding requirements of this group of customers, we chose the most demanding path - RW TÜV.
During a regular reaudit in 2002, the certification was performed in accordance with the requirements of the 2000 standard and was also extended to production and services provided. This resulted in the company obtaining a higher degree of certification, ISO 9001:2000.
Throughout the company the quality management system is dealt with in a procedural manner, so it is possible to monitor and measure the parameters, indicators and risks of the various activities (processes). Measuring the quality of process parameters enables the monitoring and, primarily, management of the quality of all the basic pillars on which our customers’ satisfaction is based. This concerns the quality of business transactions, the quality of a product, the quality of commercial and technical advice and the quality of services provided.
