It meets ASME B18.16.6 specifications and is manufactured from Grade N2 steel. The electro-zinc plated finish is suitable for indoor use or applications with minimal environmental exposure. The thread type is Unified National Fine (UNF). Number-size diameters (#) are Type NM lock nuts, while all other diameters are Type NE.
