Connect Start is the smart foundation for an efficient partnership.

MyFabory Connect Plus

For customers spending 500+ euro annually.

MyFabory Connect Plus offers everything from the Start level, plus additional tools to help you work smarter and buy more efficiently. You’ll begin with a personal kickstart: a Fabory specialist will assess your processes and inventory. You can also attend hands-on training at one of our Technical Service Centres, learning from experts and networking with peers. Your MyFabory account still provides 24/7 insights into prices, orders, and invoices. Connect Plus offers practical support and digital convenience. Ideal for growing businesses.

MyFabory Connect Premium

For customers spending 2,500+ euro annually.

MyFabory Connect Premium combines personal support with smart digital tools. You’ll have a dedicated contact who understands your business and visits regularly to offer tailored advice. You benefit from custom quotes and pricing agreements for frequently used products. Manage inventory and reorder quickly via the Fabory app. You keep all benefits from Start and Plus levels, including expert access and fast delivery. Connect Premium offers the flexibility of online with the strength of personal contact. Perfect for companies focused on optimisation.

MyFabory Connect Elite

For customers spending 10,000+ euro annually.

MyFabory Connect Elite is the most comprehensive service level within MyFabory Connect. You get personal support and full control over your processes. We manage your on-site inventory so you're never out of stock. Need special items for your application? We’ll help create custom solutions. As an Elite customer, you can integrate advanced tools like MyFabory Insights and system links for real-time visibility and streamlined ordering. You keep all previous level benefits. Connect Elite is designed for companies that want to optimise their supply chain with a proactive, forward-thinking partner.

Does your annual turnover exceed 25,000 euros? We will be happy to create a personalised service package tailored to your needs. With a personalized service plan, MyFabory Connect no longer applies.

Is MyFabory Connect the right fit for your partnership with Fabory?

MyFabory Connect is designed for customers operating within our standardized service model. This includes ordering via our webshop, delivery from stock, and access to smart digital tools. It's an ideal solution for companies that manage their own purchasing and value clarity, speed, and digital support in their day-to-day fastening operations.

Do you have a tailored partnership with Fabory, including personal support, customer-specific agreements, and competitive conditions? Then you're already benefiting from a fully customized service package. With an annual turnover above 25,000 euros, you qualify for this service package and MyFabory Connect does not apply.

How do I participate in MyFabory Connect?
- As a Fabory customer, you're automatically enrolled in our loyalty program from your first order, starting at the Start level. Create a MyFabory account easily to start enjoying all benefits.
Is there a cost to join Connect?
- No, MyFabory Connect is free for all Fabory customers.
How can I move to a higher Connect level?
- Your Connect level is automatically based on your annual spend. Every three months, we check if your level is still accurate. You automatically move up as your spending increases:
  - From €500: Plus
  - From €2,500: Premium
  - From €10,000: Elite

How do I activate my MyFabory account?

What happens if my annual spending changes?
- We review your Connect level every three months. If your spending increases, you'll automatically move to the next level. If it temporarily decreases; no worries, you'll retain your level for at least six months.
