While scrolling through a product’s specifications, the button for adding a product to the shopping cart could sometimes disappear from view. We have solved this issue. The button now remains visible, so you no longer need to scroll back to the top. The tabs containing additional product specifications will also remain visible from now on.

Many people will recognize this situation: all required products are in the digital shopping cart, but the total amount is too low to avoid small order costs. At Fabory, this applies to orders below 50 euros. That is why we now show additional product suggestions, including non-fasteners that may come in handy for the customer’s project. Of course, it always remains possible to complete the order without adding extra products.

Are you searching via a search engine for a Fabory product that is no longer part of our assortment? In that case, this product will no longer appear in search results or in the Fabory webshop. This helps prevent confusion and disappointment.

If a suitable alternative is available for a discontinued product, the product will remain discoverable and a pop-up will be shown with the available alternatives, allowing you to continue quickly.

Based on customer feedback, we learned that the pop-up with relevant products after adding an item to the shopping cart was not always experienced as helpful. Therefore, this pop-up is now shown only once per page.

If there are no relevant products to display, the pop-up will not be shown at all. This ensures a calm and uncluttered shopping experience.

We also want to make MyFabory Insights dashboards accessible to warehouse employees. You can now display a compact dashboard directly on the warehouse floor.

The administrator of the MyFabory account can configure 'Standalone' settings per user, ensuring limited access to only the specific Insights report. This is an ideal way to share relevant insights with warehouse staff via on-screen displays.

In your invoice overview, the three oldest overdue invoices are now automatically shown at the top of the list. This allows you to immediately see which items require your attention first. Do you have more than three overdue invoices? Click ‘Show all overdue invoices’ to view the complete list.

Managing company preferences in MyFabory is now even simpler. You could already make a purchase reference mandatory and choose a customized order overview. From now on, you can also add a note to your delivery box during checkout, helping you easily identify your order upon delivery.

From now on, whenever you add a product to your shopping cart, you will receive suggestions for complementary products. These are items that can be useful in your daily production processes, such as gloves, brake cleaner, or threadlocking adhesives.

Returning customers receive extra recognition through MyFabory Connect. Once logged in, you’ll find Connect in your MyFabory dashboard. A badge indicates your current level: Start, Plus, Premium, or Elite. The higher your level, the greater the benefits. From the dashboard, you can easily click through for more information and get started with MyFabory Connect.

After adding a product to your shopping cart, you will now see related items suggested alongside it. These related products are also shown on the product detail page under the ‘Related products’ tab, helping you complete your order with ease.

It’s now easier to control which MyFabory Insights dashboards a colleague can view. The administrator can go to ‘User management’ under ‘Company details’ to manage access permissions for colleagues across various MyFabory Insights dashboards.

Typos happen easily. That’s why, when you enter a misspelled search term like “Hexagon bold” or “Weera,” we now show the most likely intended results. For example: "These results are for Wera." This way, you’ll still quickly find what you're looking for.

We've taken an important first step in grouping tool and safety products to make your selection process easier. Similar to our fastener categories, you can now choose from different product variants. For instance, selecting a different screwdriver length or the correct size of work gloves. This makes it easier to find exactly what you need.

When you have items in your shopping cart, you can download a price overview. This PDF now contains additional information:

• Each item number in the overview is clickable and leads directly to the product page.
• The expected delivery date for each item has been added.
• Your shopping cart now has a unique shopping cart ID, which you can find below the date and your customer number in the PDF.

We have made several improvements to enhance your shopping experience via mobile and app:

• Thanks to an improved pop-up, you can now more clearly see the stock status in our Technical Service Centers (TSCs).
• You can swipe through product images more easily.
• Product information is now neatly organized into tabs that you can open with a simple click.

When paying for an order, you now select your bank directly within the iDEAL environment. Previously, this selection was requested while you were still in the Fabory checkout screen. Now, you click the Pay button, then choose your bank or scan the iDEAL QR code. The payment is completed in your trusted banking app.

Are you ordering a large quantity of a single product? Sometimes, we are unable to deliver everything the next day. From now on, your shopping cart will display the exact delivery date for the entire order. This ensures your order arrives in one shipment, preventing the impression that it will be delivered in multiple parts.

Do you use the BarTrack app to manage your inventory? The ordering process is now even more efficient: scan your products in the warehouse and add them to your Fabory shopping cart with a single click. Review your complete price overview before finalizing your order.

It happens to all of us: you’re holding an invoice and wondering which orders it relates to. Or vice versa – you see an order and want to know which invoice is linked to it. Thanks to a new feature in MyFabory, this question is now quickly answered. Using the search fields in the order overview and on the invoices page, you can instantly see which orders and invoices match. In the order details, you can also download all associated invoices. This feature is only visible to users with access to invoices.

The MyFabory dashboard gives you a clear overview of open orders, invoices, and products still on their way—all at a glance. It also provides account information such as your customer number and the administrator of your MyFabory account. Do you have an outstanding invoice? You’ll find a payment link directly on the dashboard. In short, everything you need in one place! Below is an example of the MyFabory dashboard.

Maakt u op de werkvloer gebruik van Fabory Logic? Dan vindt u de artikelen die u met deze service afneemt in de catalogus ‘Mijn Logic producten’ in MyFabory. En bij het bekijken van producten in de webshop, ziet u voortaan onder ‘Mijn assortiment' een filter genaamd ‘Mijn Logic producten’. Met de filter vindt u eenvoudig de producten op Fabory.com die u op uw planken heeft liggen.

• In het overzicht van facturen in MyFabory konden klanten sommige facturen niet downloaden. Dat kwam omdat deze facturen niet in dit overzicht hoorden te staan. Deze facturen worden nu niet meer getoond.
• Onder Bedrijfsgegevens in MyFabory konden klanten geen afleveradres toevoegen, omdat de button ‘Opslaan’ niet functioneerde. Dit is nu verholpen.

U vindt nu nog sneller uw favoriete en eerder bestelde producten terug met een klik op het ronde icoon met daarin een hartje.

Gaat u afrekenen? Dan ziet u voortaan in het besteloverzicht het afleveradres én het factuuradres staan. Ook de beheerder van het account ziet beide adressen onder de bedrijfsgegevens in MyFabory. Zo voorkomen we verwarring.
